Public Meeting Notice

The Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025 by virtual conferencing in the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board's office on the 1st floor of the State Office Building located at 301 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln, Nebraska. Members of the public are invited to attend in person or by virtual conferencing.

The agenda will be made available at least 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting. The Public may inspect the agenda at the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board’s office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or on the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board’s website (https://appraiser.ne.gov/board_meetings/). At least one copy of all reproducible written material to be discussed at the meeting will be made available at least 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting for examination and copying by members of the public in paper form at the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board’s office, or in electronic form on the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board’s website (https://appraiser.ne.gov/board_meetings/). The Board will go into closed session shortly after the start of the meeting, and may again at the conclusion of the public session. Public session will begin at 9:45 a.m.
